Making SENSE of Work In Midlife is an eight-week small cohort program for midlife women who are ready to stop pushing through and start understanding what's actually happening at work and in their bodies.
Over eight weeks, you'll move through a clear progression: Rediscover, Reimagine, Relaunch. Not a sprint. A thoughtful arc that ends with a decision you can stand behind.
Each cohort is small by design. The conversations are real. The reflection is structured. And perimenopause is part of the conversation, because physiology and career are not separate discussions.
This is for you if:
You wake up already tired of a job you once worked so hard to build. You've caught yourself fantasizing about quitting but feel scared of what that would mean. You don't trust your decision-making right now because you're not sure if it's burnout, midlife, hormones, misalignment, or all of it. You're functioning, but it costs you more than it used to. You don't want generic career advice. You want space to think clearly. You're ready to stop minimizing what you already know.

What we do over eight weeks
Rediscover We begin by slowing down enough to tell the truth. Name what's changed in you. Identify where your energy is actually going. Explore burnout as a signal, not a diagnosis. Separate exhaustion from misalignment. Acknowledge how midlife shifts, including perimenopause, may be affecting your capacity.
This phase is about clarity without blame.
Reimagine Once we see clearly, we update. Revisit your values for this season of life. Clarify your real capacity, not the one you used to operate from. Question inherited definitions of success. Explore what would feel sustainable instead of impressive.
This phase is about permission and possibility.
Relaunch Relaunch does not mean quitting your job. It means choosing consciously. Decide whether to stay and reshape, stay and prepare, or prepare to leave. Use grounded decision-making frameworks to evaluate risk, readiness, and alignment. Commit to a next step you can stand behind.
You don't leave with hype. You leave with a decision that feels steady.
Bonus Integration Week
A dedicated integration session to process what's emerging. A focused conversation on perimenopause and menopause as they relate to stress, capacity, and decision-making at work. Space to ask questions, connect dots, and normalize what your body may be contributing to the picture.
Because physiology and career are not separate conversations.

Eight live weekly sessions, 30 minutes each. Small cohort. Guided reflection and structured conversations. Optional integration week support sessions. One private session with Louise. Dedicated midlife and perimenopause conversation.
