Service Overview

Making Sense of Work in Midlife is a small cohort program for women who are ready to stop pushing through and start understanding what's actually happening, at work and in their bodies.

It runs as four 90-minute sessions across eight weeks. That spacing is deliberate. You get room between sessions to sit with what came up and notice how it plays out in real life, rather than racing through it.

Together the cohort moves through an arc I've coached for years: Rediscover, Reimagine, Relaunch. It ends with a decision you can stand behind, not a vague sense that you should do something.

Each cohort is small on purpose. The conversations are real, the reflection is structured, and perimenopause is part of it throughout, because your body and your career are the same conversation.
